Fourth Degree
Any Third Degree member in good standing, one year after the anniversary of his

of the Fourth Degree is to foster the spirit of patriotism by promoting responsible
citizenship and a love of and loyalty to our country through active participation
in local Fourth Degree groups (called assemblies). The Bishop Eustace Assembly,
who meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at Santa Maria Council (Crystal Lake
Ave, Haddon Twp, NJ) at 8:00 PM, is the home Assembly for Holy Child Council as

serve as honor guards at civic and religious functions, such as our "flag retirement
ceremony" and 4th of July parades, and at the confirmations of our children.
